Last night as we came together to have family prayer I mentioned to Leif that Jakob wanted to go fishing. We sat discussing with Jakob the different ways that you can fish and where we might go fishing. Leif began reminiscing about his boy scout experiences. It was really neat to watch Jakob just sit still for a long time just listening to story after story about Leif and his scouting experiences.
There are times that I get sad that Jakob is growing up. Then there are moments like this that make me smile and think that we might just survive the next 20 years...
